End User License Agreement
1. We will not be liable for any loss arising out of the use of this software including, but not limited to, any special, incidental or consequential loss.
2. Free2X shall be entitled to terminate this agreement at any time if you breach any term of this agreement.
3. If this agreement is terminated for any reason, your copy of the software and the related items, together with any other copies or reproductions or substantial reproductions of the software shall be returned to Free2X and at the request of Free2X you shall certify that all such copies, reproductions or substantial reproductions have been returned or destroyed.
4. This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed "as is" and with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied except as required by law. If you intend to rely on this software for critical purposes you must test it fully prior to using it, install redundant systems and assume any risk.
5. You are never required to install any recommended third party software, and you will not be required to install any third party software as a condition to install the Software. We will never install any third party software without your express consent. Recommended third party software is also subject to its own separate license agreement(s).
